Premier
Enterprise Corporation (M) SDN BHD (PEC),
a wholly owned Bumiputra company, was incorporated
on 17th July 1995 in response to the growing need
for supply services in the buoyant Oil and Gas
scale industry in Malaysia.
PEC
commenced operation in October 1995, principally
as a local distributor for various range of Industrial,
Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical
products.
In
Sept 1996 PEC has also secured exclusive
representation for the Oilfield production and
Refinery Specialty Chemicals and now is actively
supplying the product to both the oilfield upstream
and downstream sectors.
Since
then PEC gained momentum in the supplies
of proprietary spare parts for PETRONAS
groups of companies through sourcing network that
spans through U.S.A, Europe and Asia Pacific rim.
PEC
has also be accorded the Bumiputra status by:
