In the effort to realise to be self sustaining and maximize Malaysian content, PEC through the Technical and Technology assistance from Champion Technologies Inc (USA) has established warehouse facility and a blending plant in Terengganu to support the Malaysian oil and gas clients requirement.

A laboratory complete with equipment to cater for on-site analytical work in also made available at the premise.

The facility in designed to handle the following activities:

Storage - 2000 Drums per day
Blending - 10,000 litres of oilfield specialty chemical per day.
